When seeding a meet, any para athletes who meet qualifying times (if provided) will be accepted, even if they are outside your seeding limits for the event.

Note that the ranking still reflects the seed time, so you may well have a situation where a para athlete is accepted with a slower time and higher seed number than able-bodied swimmers who are accepted.

Previously, we accepted swimmers up to the seed limit, and para athletes with times that were slower than the slowest accepted swimmer would have been rejected.
